Christine moved into Toby’s neighborhood when he was 16 and she was just 13, and from those humble beginnings grew a partnership built on shared dreams and hard-earned success. Through life’s challenges—including financial hardships, medical trauma, and entrepreneurial endeavors—they’ve always emerged stronger. Guided by their values of service, integrity, and humor, Toby and Christine have built a thriving family and a professional life that reflects their passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

The Gallegos Family

Toby and Christine are the proud parents of three children, affectionately called the “3 F’s”: Freddie (20): Working toward his real estate license and will join in the Family business. Faith (18): A college wrestler with an impressive record as a three-time state qualifier and two-time state placer in Kansas 6A. She is attending Northern Oklahoma College on scholarship for her wrestling skills. Go MAVERICKS! Floyd (15): Already standing at 5’11”, Floyd is the tallest in the household. He enjoys video games, football, and spending time with friends.The Gallegos family loves taking trips to Colorado, enjoying fancy home-cooked meals, and contributing to the vibrant Topeka community they’re proud to call home.

Toby’s career has been a steady evolution toward his ultimate calling: to lead and serve. His life’s work has culminated in the creation of Prime Realty, a brokerage founded with a singular mission—to empower real estate professionals to build fulfilling careers and achieve their ideal lifestyles. Foundations in Hard Work: Toby began his career in construction, working as a brick mason and later managing his own masonry business. These formative years taught him the value of discipline, mentorship, and precision, laying the groundwork for his leadership style.Entrepreneurial Ventures: In 2013, Toby explored the hospitality industry by purchasing and operating the Sunset Restaurant and Lounge in Emmett, Kansas. This experience taught him the importance of customer service, adaptability, and community connection.High-Level Leadership Experience: Toby served as Chief Executive Assistant to Walter Byers, the former Executive Director of the NCAA. This role honed his leadership and decision-making abilities as he managed complex operations and worked closely with professionals across a variety of industries.A Passion for Real Estate: Transitioning into real estate allowed Toby to combine his skills, experiences, and entrepreneurial vision. Since earning his broker’s license, he has focused on building Prime Realty into a brokerage that not only serves clients but also champions the success of real estate professionals.

Christine’s Role: Partner in Leadership

Christine’s professional journey has been one of resilience and dedication. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she worked night shifts to balance family responsibilities. Later, she became a para-educator before joining Toby in real estate during his recovery from a traumatic motorcycle accident. Since earning her license, Christine has served hundreds of clients with care and expertise. She holds certifications including: - ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)- MRP (Military Relocation Professional)- PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor)As co-owner of Prime Realty, Christine supports the brokerage’s mission by offering operational expertise and ensuring the highest standards of service for both clients and agents. She also operates a successful transaction coordination business, making her an invaluable partner in the brokerage’s success.
